SUMMER BREAK -- The
Concert Choir is currently on break for the summer. Rehearsals will
resume on Saturday, August 28th. The choir office remains open if
you have questions (489-0291), in the mean time. Enjoy your break
and have a safe summer!

- SUMMER MUSIC CAMP MEETING
PLANNED --
For all Concert Choir participants, a meeting has been planned for
Saturday, July 17th from 10:30-11:30am regarding the upcoming Summer
Music Camp. The meeting will be held at Church of the Good Shepherd
(located at 3741 Garrett Road in Durham, less than 1 mile from where
we used to rehearse). All are encouraged and should plan to come,
but the meeting is especially designed for those that have not
attended the Music Camp before.

- FYI: REHEARSAL
SCHEDULE BREAKS FOR FALL 2010 -- There are a few dates
that we know we will not rehearse this coming semester. Those dates
are as follows: Saturday September 04 (Labor Day weekend), Saturday
November 27 (Thanksgiving holiday), and Saturday December 25
(Christmas). There might be other cancellations made as the semester
progresses. Conversely, please also note that we do not
cancel rehearsals for Veteran's Day, or due to teacher work days in
the Chapel Hill School system during the fall semester. Choristers
may choose to be out for these, at the individual family's
discretion, but not to exceed four total absences per semester.

e-mail address, and choose a password. At this page, you can also edit
or delete and e-mail address, see the entire membership e-mail list,
and change your e-mail receipt options. Any requests are then forwarded to me, and the appropriate action is taken.
If you would like to send an e-mail to the entire choir, simply type
the "e-mail to" address as
ncboyschoir@lists.ibiblio.org. This
process will greatly simplify how information is distributed to the
choir as a whole. If you have specific questions about using the listserv, please feel free to
e-mail me individually.
