North Carolina Boys Choir Concert Choir Refreshments |
Please find your last name on the list and make sure that refreshments are provided for the date listed next to your name. If you cannot make the date listed, then please make it your responsibility to get with another parent to trade dates. Please bring whatever you deem appropriate for refreshment.
The dates provided below are based on historical information from the choir rehearsal schedules. The dates may be altered a bit based on added Thursday rehearsals, tours, etc. Please be advised that we may ask for volunteers to fill in on extra rehearsal dates or unexpected events.
Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before rehearsal ends to set up the refreshments, and stay 5 to 10 minutes after rehearsal ends to ensure all boys are served and the immediate area is cleaned up completely.
FOR THE FALL SEMESTER: Provide enough for 21 members.
