• Please find your last name on the list and make sure that refreshments are provided for the date listed next to your name. If you cannot make the date listed, then please make it your responsibility to get with another parent to trade dates.

• If your date falls on a day where there is no rehearsal, consider yourself lucky, although we may ask you to provide on a date where we have an extra rehearsal not already listed.

• Please bring enough for 20 boys. Plan to arrive around 5-10 minutes before rehearsal ends to set up the refreshments, and stay 5-10 minutes afterwards to ensure all are served and the immediate area is cleaned up.

• If you don't approve of sweet refreshments, please bring whatever fare you deem appropriate.
