PARENTS AND CHORISTERS:
ALL REHEARSALS SCHEDULED FOR TOMORROW MORNING HAVE BEEN CANCELLED. This determination was based on the fact that the roads are already showing some accumulation, and significant driving impairments have been noted by local newscasts. More snow is expected to fall through the overnight hours, into the late morning. Having this information in hand, we feel it is in the best interest of everyone to simply cancel the rehearsals scheduled for tomorrow morning.
We WILL however still be expected to sing for the Duke Chapel Service of Worship on Sunday morning. The roads immediately surrounding Duke will most likely be cleared due to their proximity to two hospitals and several major roads. All Concert and Chamber Choir members are to be on-site at Duke Chapel on Sunday morning by 9am wearing full uniform (coat and tie) and carrying your robe and scapulars. Juice and donuts (a "breakfast of champions") will be provided around 10:15am.
